Can you tell me how long it takes for my order to arrive?
The delivery time will be displayed at checkout. Delivery by UPS should take no longer than 4-13 business days.
Does my product come with a warranty?
Included in the standard warranty is a 2-year period.

What payment methods are available on mayscan.us?
You can purchase online using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. Paypal orders with unconfirmed addresses may be declined.
Can I order over the phone?
Orders cannot be placed by phone due to security concerns. Please contact us if you need assistance placing your order or if you have any questions about ordering online.
My transaction has failed. What should I do?
It is possible that a charge and a reversal will appear if you have paid with a credit card or Interac credit and your transaction has failed. You have not actually been charged on your card. It could take up to five business days for the reversal to be received. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
How long will it take to process my order?
In most cases, your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. In some cases, however, there are exceptions.

My order has been placed - what's next?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order has been shipped from our warehouse. You will receive one tracking number per box shipped if your package was shipped with our carrier. The courier will send you an email to notify you that your package is on its way if it is being shipped by our local courier.
My order didn't arrive! What should I do?
When more than 10 days have passed since an attempted delivery has taken place, please contact us right away. Our carrier will investigate your claim on your behalf. Shipping orders takes one week after carrier investigations are completed.
Since orders are typically found and delivered by our carrier during this waiting period, we cannot reship or refund your order. We will proceed to refund the amount under the payment method used by the client if you cannot wait for the investigation to be completed.
